The culinary offer

We offer typical local food (grilled dishes, seasonal dishes, side dishes: potatoes, cabbage, turnips, homemade cold cuts, prosciutto, pancetta, vratovino), and we also offer you fresh local wines.
 

COLD APPETIZERS:

  • Mixed cold cuts (prosciutto, pancetta, cheese, olives)
  • Chicken strips on rocket salad with tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and yogurt dressing
  • Caprese little differently (Young fresh cheese on rucola, tomatoes with fresh basil and olives)

 

HOT STARTERS:

  • Fuji / gnocchi / polenta (with tomato sauce, with 4 cheese with mushrooms and wildgame goulash)
  • Grilled polenta with gorgonzola, mushrooms and herbs
  • Grilled aubergine with mozzarella and fresh basil

 

MAIN COURSES:

  • Mixed grilled meat with vegetables and potatoes
  • Chicken fillet in mushroom sauce and potatoes
  • Pork loin with kajmak cheese and prosciutto wrapped in pancetta with potatoes
